Damaged or faulty on arrival

If your prop arrives damaged, or a light or switch doesn't work, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We'll repair it, replace it or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.

Changed your mind

Standard (non-custom) props can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging.

• Email us first so we can tell you where to send it.
• Return shipping is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service.
• We refund the item price within 7 days of receiving it back. Original shipping costs aren't refunded.

Custom builds and personalised pieces

Custom builds, commissions and props made or modified to your specification can't be returned for a change of mind, because they're made just for you. They're still covered if they arrive damaged or faulty.

Orders through Etsy

If you bought through our Etsy shop, start a return or report a problem through Etsy. This policy applies alongside Etsy's own policies.
