On the bench.

Real progress from the workbench: what's printing, what's getting painted, what caught fire (hopefully nothing). The company news is fiction; this part is real.

  1. Volt Wasp Mk1

Wasp v2: room for the electronics

Render of the Volt Wasp v2 with its LED rail and power cell
Cutaway render showing the battery bay, wire channel and trigger switch inside the Wasp

The second CAD pass on the Mk1 is done. The body now splits into left and right halves so the wiring goes in before it's glued shut.

Inside there's a battery bay in the grip with a USB-C charge slot, a wire channel from tail to muzzle, a working trigger that clicks a switch, and LED feeds for the power cell, sight, rails and muzzle. Next step: printing it.

  2. Volt Hornet

On the drawing board: the Volt Hornet

Render of the Volt Hornet carbine
Cutaway render of the Hornet showing the battery bay and wire channel

The Wasp's big brother. A 650 mm carbine with LED rails down both sides, a glowing power-cell magazine, a lit scope and a battery bay in the stock.

Every part is sized to fit a standard 220 mm print bed. Prototype parts are next in the queue after the Wasp.
